I have been going to complete skin and beauty for years (it was called Brazilian Beauty prior to that). Every time I have had a service, no matter which branch I go to, all of the beauticians are so friendly and knowledgeable. They make me feel comfortable and confident knowing that I’m getting the best treatment done possible.

I met Chantelle for the first time a few weeks ago and had a wonderful facial. Chantelle is very professional,very friendly and best of all very knowledgeable at her job. I have been going to Complete Skin and Beauty at Fairfield Gardens for many years. It has been the same business, same technicians but has undergone a couple of name changes in the past. Obviously I return because the ladies who work there are professional skin care specialists and do a wonderful job on the services I attend for which are facials, waxing and brow tinting. I would absolutely recommend them for any service they offer.

I just had a facial at Fairfield Gardens Complete Skin and Beauty and it was amazing! I felt completely pampered and Chantelle massaged my scalp, shoulders and neck, as well as arms and hands while the different masks were on. So relaxing and my skin feels amazing. Thank you!

I was late 20 minutes to my 1 hour facial due to a personal crisis, I arrived all teary and crying and the ladies immediately went above and beyond to make me feel better. I received a free $50 reusable mask and I still had a full 1 hour massage despite me being ok with just 40 minutes - I think the level of empathy and service is second to none and it literally turned my hellish week around. I'm so sorry girls I didn't catch your names but I'll see you soon, you gained a loyal customer haha . Thanks so much for helping me out when I needed it
