Carpet Clinic NT

Friendly service and great results with our couch cleaning. The guys had to come back to touch up part of the couch, and did so quickly and with no fuss. Recommended.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by Carpet Clinic NT and was amazed at the job they did. The carpet was old and tatty with many stains that I did not think would come out. It came up like brand new and all stains were lifted! The service was friendly, efficient and great value for money. Jackie, the man who came and did the job, was awesome and dedicated to getting the best possible result. I would definitely recommend Carpet Clinic NT to a friend and will be using their services again!

The lad that came whinged the whole time. Couldn't lift a machine us pensioners could easily do. Even though there was enough help around. (4ft off the ground. I used these types of machines when I was 12yrs old). Every tradesmen has had no problems with heavier loads. Put chemicals into the carpet whilst whinging that he didn't have the right machine and then left. Blamed office for not conveying correct info. Told me to vaccum it when dry. Even I could put chemicals into carpet and leave it there. Have lived in Darwin for 22yrs and have never encountered someone so not customer orientated and unwilling to help. So not worth the money for 10mins of actual work. 2mins to walk. 1min to lift machine.

I am so happy with the result after Kieran cleaned our caroets n rug. Highly recommended, and difinitely will call them again.

After being stood up by a different company Carpet Clinic Nt was able to take my job on short notice, in a timely manner. Their staff were friendly and professional not only did they do an excellent job on cleaning my couch, they also charged me less than originally quoted. I found this to be very refreshing and was happy to get the job done in such short notice.

They were friendly, quick, efficient and my couches and rug are now lovely. Thanks for another great job.

Very happy with the service provided by Andrew, my sofa was in pretty bad shape and he went above and beyond to make sure he got every stain out he possibly could. Looks great!

Had the carpets in the rooms of my unit done and was so pleased with the results, for carpets that are over 5 years old , some marks remained but over all a good result and the place smelt and looked great, also had my tiles Done, which was told when booked that machine was not really designed to do tiles but they came up a treat , Thank you very much Kieran
