Would highly recommend this place. We ordered for pick-up as we are outside of the delivery range. When we got home we realised that we hadn't recieved one of our meals. The owner personally drove the missing meal to our place and apologised for the mistake. Total respect. The staff are friendly with above and beyond customer service. We will definitely keep coming back.

I am sad to feel obliged to rate this restaurant at one star. Contrastingly, I had originally given five stars a year ago when it first opened, and was a regular return customer.Unfortunately, since opening the standard of food quality and timeliness of service has consistently spiralled downward, and appears to have hit bottom. Most recently I have ordered on numerous occasions with over an hours notice in most instances for pickup, and consistently been left waiting for up to 30 minutes beyond the agreed time for the order to be completed.Following today's complete disaster within the restraunt, and a complete failure to deliver a simple order almost 40 minutes beyond the agreed pick up time, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Have been going to this Thai for years. It use to be good. Tonight being told our takeaway would be ready in 20 minutes but it was actually closer to an hour. Having my 2 and 4 years olds tearing their hair out whilst waiting was not a fun experience. Then to get home and find the calamari close to raw and inedible made me realise that my earlier decision to not go back was a good one.

Nice decor, friendly service but unfortunately can't say much about their laksa soup ,salty and our noodles looked like those Mi goreng noodles you get at the supermarket

The sign outside is Mena’s Thai, just outside Coles. Good food, a bit slow but enjoyable.

Lovely suburban Thai restaurant - pretty décor and delicious food! Service was friendly and efficient (the person serving was run off her feet as they were unexpectedly short-staffed - times we live in - but made such an effort to be personable and to get us our meals in a very timely fashion). We'll definitely return if passing through again.

By far the worst food and service I have ever had.- Waited 55 minutes for the entree.- Many people walked out after waiting 40 mins for their order to be taken.- Some entree dishes came out with mains.- Rice came out after curry dishes were finished.- Ordered whole deep fried fish. Middle was frozen.- BBQ pork was pork cutlet cut up. Not pork belly.- List goes on.- After all this, was still charged full amount for meal.Will NEVER go back.Stay away.

It is advertised that they accept dine vouchers. Upon going to pay for food they said their scanner to scan the vouchers didn't work and we had to pay full price. Not only that, they charged every one of us for BYO and only one person was drinking. This is a complete rip off. If you don't accept a particular payment then you need to make it known. If you charge BYO you need to check if everyone is having BYO. We were ripped off $79.

Like Tom, we have be going to this restaurant for years. Recent change of name, not sure if a change of ownership. Last two times, have been told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. One was 50 minute wait and tonight was 64 minutes. Takeaway. Servings were tiny. Pork Belly was hardly cooked. Penang curry was very very salty. Wont be back. Sorry.
