Shocking service from the owner, I felt sorry for the young girl on the counter who had to deal with everyone while he just ignored us all (she did a great job). We had to wait for 40 mins as he was the only one who could lodge some papers for us, ended up walking out. Obviously not interested in running a post office. Won’t be lodging our papers in lightning ridge.

One star is generous. These people held onto our mail and made us wait for 4 days. It had arrived on the 1st of June then they changed the received date to the 10th. You could see another pen was used. They also lied to the AP complaints department and generally made things difficult to receive our mail. For no reason. I saw them treat another traveller in the exact same way with the exact same rhetoric about how AP takes ‘who knows’ how long to deliver out there, when the current delivery times are 2-5 days. This took 14 BUSINESS days, when in fact it actually took 6.Don’t rely on them to help you out if you’re an out of Towner.
