I went to this salon and after agreeing on a price, was later told that my hair would now cost more as it was.. get this.. soaking up more dye" ... after looking up the cost of professional dye-keeping the salon's heavy prices in mind and researching the fact that hair can only soak up to a certain amount in one dye job

My stylist is Harriet. She's fabulous and very talented. Illegal Lengths provide a professional service in a relaxed, friendly environment. I constantly get compliments on the style & colour of my hair. Cant recommend these girls highly enough!

Hugely disappointing. I waited an hour past my appt time, then sat in the chair to hear you've got a big forehead so you wont look like the pic" followed by multiple insults throughout the appt. At the end
