Dane explained the entire process, and could answer all my questions regarding tattoo removal. He also sent through a picture on where the clinic was and where to park so it was so easy to find for my first appointment, which was really helpful. Dane also checks in post appointment to see how healing is going and ensure there are no problems. He also offers evening appointments which is amazing! Highly recommend. :)

Dane is a really friendly chap who makes me feel very comfortable with each consult. At the first visit, Dane was sure to explain exactly what he would be doing and how the laser removal works. When performing the laser treatment, Dane explains each step and assures me that my comfort level is the most important aspect of the treatment and he’s happy to move at a pace that I’m comfortable with so there’s absolutely no pressure applied to get the job over and done with.
