To make matters worse, they quoted me a staggering $12K for unnecessary tree removal and boundary trap replacement. I was under immense distress. Seeking a second opinion, I turned to Drain Fixers. Louis, their skilled technician, used a longer pressure hose and employed superior techniques. After locating the hidden manhole in the backyard, we uncapped it and removed all the tampons, restoring smooth flow to the sewer pipe. I am deeply grateful to Louis for his dedication in resolving the root cause, unlike the previous service that took advantage of my desperation. I wholeheartedly recommend Drain Fixers to anyone in need. They have an exceptional team. Moral of the story: Never flush tampons down the toilet!

Drain fix have saved me thousands, no one could tell me how water was getting under the house. Its always fantastic when you can find a tradesperson or company you trust.

Drain Fixers attended a pipe blockage at our place that other plumbers either a) could not diagnose or b) suggested ridiculous and expensive fixes. They had to dig one metre underground (by hand) to access the pipework under the slab and remove concrete that had settled in the sewer pipe causing blockages, and install new connections. Other companies wanted to bring in excavation gear to make the hole. These guys did it with their bare hands in 30 minutes. They are (in my opinion) honest, motivated, and above all the quality of their work is excellent. Also they communicated regularly with me through the day so I knew exactly what was going on. It's hard to find good trades people, but if you're reading this then your search is over. No hesitation to give 5 stars and recommend.
