Very rude and obnoxious. Wasted time on an urgent matter. Leah was very rude on the phone despite being told I would be helped in the morning and then told very rudely by Leah that I had wasted their time when I had been waiting for help since 9am and was not told they could not help me.

We used Leah to assist with the purchase of our family home. She was extremely responsive, communicated well and assisted us to negotiate a great outcome when we had issues with our BPI. We could not recommend Leah enough.

so i've used this company before and now sent them two contracts this past month... one they haven't even bothered to contact me about, the other the only contact i've had is the day the building/pest inspection was due they called/emailed to say where are you at... nothing else to date and settlement is fast approaching, i've called and emailed and still nothing - not sure what is happening with this company but buying property is a big deal and you need someone who is looking out for you in the biggest purchases of your life - these guys simply don't have time or have better things to do that to be due diligent - not what you want in a conveyancer - look elsewhere guys!

Have used this team multiple time. Straight to the point, no BS and very experienced. They will always handle my property matters

Disappointing experience. Was directed to this firm though an EAP and obviously it wasn’t worth them bothering to even follow up. I was prepared to pay for advice yet when Ian asked me to email my matter details and I never heard from him again.
