Fantastic service from the staff and incredible food. Such a wonderful variety with generous portion sizes. So refreshing to have a positive dining experience on the Sunshine Coast where every element was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Last night my partner and I had dinner here, the second time we have come here whilst on holiday at the beach, and once again we had the most beautiful dinner. Last time we visited was over a year ago, and the standard and quality of customer service and fine food did not disappoint! I also wanted to complement the chef on the special of the night that I ordered, which was the sesame crusted tuna, it was an amazing creation of flavours and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Well done chef! Thank you! It was beautiful! We will be back next time we are in town!

Personal and friendly, we have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant. It used to be Ba Vigo and now it is Local Flow but the experience is the same. Well done to Louise and Nick for what must be some of the tastiest food on the Coast. We tend to concentrate on our favourites, of course, but they are always adding yummy extras that we will try next time. The flavours are simply the best: I’d like to give then 7 stars!

This was a genuinely wonderful experience, every part of our lunch was enjoyable. I cannot recommend them enough. The service was friendly, professional and polite. The food was delicious, fairly portioned and well priced. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean and fit well with the Mediterranean cuisine. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again. Fantastic!Edit: we went back for Mother's Day brunch and despite us being horribly late and it being quite busy, they were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had plenty of time to ear and enjoy our visit.

Our first visit was excellent with a good menu with reasonable prices and the food is really superb.Tried going back with more friends, and it wasn't the same experience, and it is unlikely that we will be returning.We received a very clear message that was repeated several times before we were able to order that they are a small intimate venue that DOES NOT like to book a table for more than 6 people on busy night.I was so nauseated by the way this message was delivered that I wanted to leave!On behalf of the friend who's birthday we were celebrating, I did tolerate the rudeness of the owner but I had to cut back to a vegetarian option to be able to attempt to enjoy the meal and the company of our friends.

We love this restaurant and come here whenever we are at the coast. Everything works well - easy parking, amazing food and a tempting wine list. My husband especially enjoys the craft beers. You can snack on a great range of tapas or eat in a more conventional manner. The staff are lovely and efficient.

I so rarely post reviews but this place was just exceptional.The food was impressive but the service was just top notch. So rarely these days do staff in restaurants make good food a great experience but these guys made our evening.Great selection of local, Italian and French wines.Totally recommend if your in Maroochydore. I’ll be back!Thanks so much.
