I visit Exquisite cakes every second Saturday for a quiet treat. I cannot fault the sevice, the young lady who always serves me is very polite and welcoming. The cakes are definitely a delicious delight every time and the tea is made and brewed perfectly. Thankyou Exquisite Cakes.

Quite nice little place. Very tasty cakes and coffee. They are offering a set of small cakes as part of high tea. Small cakes are enough to share between two. Good place to stop for a quick coffee on the way to Hunter Valley.

My sister ordered the tripple mousse cake for a 21st and it looked great and tasted really nice - one of the best Birthday cakes I've had. I will definitely be ordering a cake from here in the future.

Rudest customer service I and my family have ever received. Given 3 chances and nothing changed. We will not be back. In future we will take our business to Maitland, much nicer service, nicer priced cakes and great quality.

The most delicious cakes, tarts and macaroons!! I order for myself and my business and my guests are always exceptionally happy with the taste and presentation of the cakes. Definitely recommend!!

Only giving a star because I have too otherwise I would not give any.The staff are rude and up themselves.They need a reality check and learn some customer service skills.Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated.I will NEVER go here again.

Older lady who works there is one of the rudest people I have met. Don't order your cakes there. Look online and buy elsewhere

Rudest customer service, tried to buy cakes at the counter, waited 10 minutes, they kept walking past us and no acknowledgement that we were there. Eventually I said excuse me I would like to buy some cakes, to which the woman replied I'm serving this person first. The person she was referring to had just walked in! They desperately need customer service training!!!

I called to 'inquire' about a cake that I was interested in on the website and wanted to know how much the cake would cost... The woman on the phone was extremely rude...She asked when I needed it for and when I told her the date she straight up said no I can't do it" I didn't need the cake for 2 and a half weeks! The tone in her voice was very condescending and rude. I felt like how dare I inquire about the price of a cake I need for almost 3 weeks away!!! Bloody ridiculous. Learn some proper customer service skills love.... Never have I ever been to this cake store and never will I in the future!! If I could give no stars I would...."
