Watermark Plumbing

As a strata building manager I have been using Watermark for 3 years. There isn’t a problem they haven’t had a solution for. I can’t rate their communication, response time reporting and value enough. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend Watermark plumbing. My whole experience with them was a breeze! I normally don’t write reviews but I am in this case. It started with the person I spoke to on the phone (I had a big leak in a combined bathroom/laundry in an apartment. Firstly, the person on the phone was organised, friendly and able to book a time with me, then and there, for his plumber to inspect that suited me.The plumber that came out (Joe I think his name was) went above and beyond, his customer service was lovely to see. It was fairly late in the day, but regardless of this and the fact Joe had been working since early morning, he could still show a smile. Joe was quick to find a solution for me but what was really nice was that instead of just telling me I have a problem and this is the cost to fix it, he took the time to explain and show me how the leak occurred and how to potential prevent it from happening again. Watermark plumbing have been a 10/10. They also gave me a courtesy call a week later to check no further leaks.

Have now used Watermark Plumbing afew times, and yes diffinly happy with their services.This time was a gas hot top, installed in my kitchen. Thanks again Andrea, for putting it all together.

We recently had work done with watermark plumbing, Myles was professional, friendly and had excellent communication throughout the whole service, ensuring we constantly knew what was going on. He left the bathrooms in immaculate condition once he was finished.I will definitely be using this company again.

Watermark Plumbing are always able to provide quick and efficient service on all of the sites I manage. They are able to attend for urgent jobs when required which is extremely important. Their staff are always on time, polite, and importantly clean and tidy. Also advising on best rectification methods when there isn't an easy solution. Managing after hours work is also not an issue when required.

Watermark were quite and did the job quite quickly there was a small issue but they returned quickly to fix it and now everything is in working order.

Highly recommend, response and turn around time is next to none! Fantastic communication and always have an outcome for any situation. Extremely thorough with their work no matter how big or small. Watermark Plumbing was easy to engage and work with. They were professional, prompt and has reasonable timing. Also, they were clean and polite. Our issues to repair were in relation to an old-fashioned toilet and leaking sink pipes. Spoke to Matt and Damien who were very quick to respond and provide cost estimates. Miles came out to repair and did a fantastic job and was detailed in his testing after the repair. Very happy with the service and the workmanship. Would strongly recommend!
