Autobarn is a good store always well stocked and super organized. Can be a little more expensive than other auto shops but you can find items others don't stock. My main gripe is that their rewards program absolutely sucks! A lot of the time my purchases don't go on my account even though I gave them my phone number. Points go missing off my total, I have received absolutely nothing from Autobarn rewards! Compared to their super rival where I constantly receive points, cash and special offers. I'm not after free stuff but if you're going to have a rewards program you need to offer some sort of reward!??

My mum went in and needed help replacing a fuse and asked if he could come out and see which one she needed but proceeded to tell her no you need to figure it out and come back. Terrible customer service and will never be back.

Always a pleasant place to shop. Plenty of staff around to help. Always able to get the right assistance. Staff very knowledgeable about their products and the prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely Horrible staff with little to no knowledge. please save yourself the trouble and shop with Supercheap or Repco.oh and don't bother complaining online, the staff that respond are just as bad and trying to get your point across to them is like nailing jelly to a wall..... impossible.

Horribly rude staff. Got sold the wrong car seat covers (I live 3 hours away) and when I rang To get a refund they blamed the whole thing on me even though I got told by a worker they would fit correctly. And I explained I shouldn’t have to drive the 3 hours back to return them this guy laughed at me on the phone call. Don’t recommend going here.

The shop itself is great, the people are friendly and we're helpful, The only thing I wish was more efficient was the fitting services, it'd be good if they looked over your car beforehand so no sneaky extra cost comes up while fitting anything, but overall decent stuff.
