I cannot express enough how amazing these guys are in looking after their customers. I was in a fairly bad car accident this morning, having someone rear end me which resulted in the cars going up in flames. The Ellenbrook towing team went above and beyond to make sure all of us that were involved were okay and weren't going to be stranded on the side of the road having lost our cars. A Special shout out to Bec who I dealt with directly and well after my car was towed away made sure I had access to gather belongings from my vehicle and that the replacement car company had gotten into contact with me. Appreciate you guys so much. Made a stressful day a lot more bearable x

Went above and beyond what was necessary. Driver that met me at the scene of the accident ran me through the whole process and explained everything perfectly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was charged $250 to be towed 6kms down the road so I could get a new tyre on my car. I also waited over an hour when I was told 20 minutes, they called me twice to say they had another job come up and would find another truck for me.When unloading the car they nearly let it roll off by forgetting to put the handbrake back on, then informed me they take cash only and I had none on me.I would recommend any towing company except this one and if I could give less than 1 star I would.
