I had two Daikin split systems installed for a very competitive price. Due to a cancellation, Josh was able to fit me in for installation very quickly. The technicians arrived on time, were diligent about keeping mess/noise to a minimum and always checked in for my approval before drilling or changing my property in anyway. They were respectful of not letting my cats out accidentally as well. I am very happy with the service and product I received. Bring on Summer

The service from Air Supplies has been very hit and miss. The original installation was excellent but follow up service was poor. I had difficulties contacting the business when repairs were needed and very poor communication. The repairs were eventually carried out well, and the follow up service was great (though not reliable). However, invoicing procedures were very poor and the follow up communication was again very rude. I would avoid them if possible.

The team at Air Supplies were great from the get go! Prompt pricing, install occurred quickly after acceptance and communication through the whole process was excellent.We originally wanted/believed we needed a fully ducted system in order to cool our house. Josh talked us through the options and we ended up saving a lot of cash!

We have currently had a ducted air-conditioning system fitted in our home.From the very first site visit by Todd we knew we where in good hand's. The boy's Jason & Jack installed on the hottest day in Brisbane and didn't stop to have it done. The crew are professional, neat & tidy friendly people. Josh has always provided excellent service & product knowledge that has helped us keep multiple properties cool for us and our tenants. I do not bother looking elsewhere when I need some A/C help! Josh does the job first time & ontime. Prices are always fair & he is simply a good honest bloke.

I had a ducted aircon service done for a 'Special' price of $150. It was carried out by a young guy who showed up on time and apparently did a good job. Didn't find much to fault, but he fixed up some dodgy piping and cleaned the return air filter and the condenser unit. He also advised us about the zoning (as we had only bought the place in the last months, we were not sure.Why I don't give it 5 stars is, that according to the invoice he is a first year apprentice, not a qualified technician. It was never mentioned before that this cut-price service would be carried out by an apprentice. While that may not be a problem in this case, due to lack of experience he could have overlooked something - we will never know. Good practice would be to tell me beforehand - just as hairdressers do.

I have been a small business working with Air Supplies for over 5 years. The company, its staff and management have been nothing but exceptional throughout all our dealings. Setting up regular checks for my business air-con and being flexible with our obscure opening hours has been amazing. Have never had any issues with the work they have completed and the price is always right - could not recommend highly enough!

I found Air Supplies by searching the web and reading reviews. There weren’t many reviews due to being a small company but what I read led me to believe that this was a great and honest company. This was very important to me because I was looking for a aircon repair company for my mother who is newly widowed. My mother rang Josh who owns this company and instead of just saying, ok I’ll come out and have a look, which we all know most companies would do just so they can get some money, Josh asked my mother to explain what was happening. Turns out that what was happening was normal and Josh was able to relieve my Mother’s worry and didn’t charge her a cent. That’s what I call a number 1 company! So if you’re looking for a company who isn’t going to rip you off I would highly recommend Air Supplies.
