Bought a 2 in 1 laptop from these guys for use as a lightweight work laptopBuild quality is on par with something I'd expect from a major manufacturer or even apple, the aluminium frame is well machined and dissipates heat extrodinarily well.Good to see a local australian business getting into the laptop game, will be purchasing from you guys again.Added Note: These guys seem to be the target of review harrassment, the 1 star reviews they currently have on their page are all exactly the same from different google users who are very low activity.

We bought a leader laptop for our son around 10 months ago at his schools recommendation. It has been hopeless from start to finish. He gave up on it after the first 2 weeks of being without it , used an old computer and went back to PAPER as the product was so unreliable. In his year I think upwards of 75 of these computers were bought and everyone had trouble. I have just tried to use it for some work documents and operations. From rediculously small font , to crashes, to bit key lockers etc etc etc enough is enough. As an Australian company charging $899 for these garbage computers......hopless!!

The staff offered to both fix and investigate, cant get much better than that. Ive lost interest in it though but thats not their fault. We bought a leader computer for our daughter over 2 years ago.at her schools recommendation. It has been hopeless from start to finish. As an australian company charging $700 for these garbage computers I hope you go broke.I will remove this post only if issued a complete refund. Aug 2020. Just spoke with Jan from leader who was most helpful , I wish I had found him years ago. I have confidence that even after all this time we will get sorted. It seems sales and service agents may have let leader down. Will post updates.

Had an issue with a faulty ($1,200!) part that came with 3 years warranty.Rang service department 3 times in 2 days to get through just once where I was told that the warranty was for 2 weeks before being transferred through to another department where I was told 6 months, and then transferred again where I was told 2 years warranty (part was faulty 18 months after purchase)I sent the part back on express shipping which arrived the next day. Took them four days, a phone call and two emails to confirm it had arrived.Nearly 3 weeks later, no updates, half a dozen emails without reply and now just wanting a refund. Can no longer be bothered being screwed around, and I have never left a review or complaint before, until today.After being an avid shopper, a small business owner and working in retail for a decade this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I feel like at this point I have been robbed.My next step is ACCC just so I can get my money back.

I own a computer business call back online on the central coast and I only want to sell quality, as I don't need any hassles off customers with problems. I've been selling leader computers for a year and a half and have found them to be very reliable, it might have to do with the fact I set them up and test them for my customers before they leave my shop. The employees are very helpful especially my main man Tan who makes sure all my computer goods are delivered to me on time. If anyone needs a laptop I recommend you buy it from me as I stock all leaders products, so come on Australia give the local guys a go.

Sent email and call the sales team to buy some computer parts, no response and no one call me back.This hopeless computer company doesn’t care small customers, because they rid off !! Leader brand computer is rubbish, its take over 2 months for warranty. please read other reviews as well.BTW, the RA department also suck, take over 2 months for warranty service.Waste my time and money, overall not recommended

Nathan Puri is by far one if the best Sales Consultants we have dealt with. Hes highly responsive, quick to action and has constantly kept good communication with his customers. He is the sole reason why we moved our bulk purchases to Leader. By far one of the best user experience and dont plan on using anyone else for our tech purchases
