Brad is awesome, he is a super passionate and knowledegable trainer. I've been training with him for 10 weeks and I'm really happy with how we're going. Brad is accomadating, flexible and makes sure that you enjoy your sessions but more importantly that you get the most out of them. I have been training with Brad for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with the plan he has come up with to address my fitness goals and fit it in around my schedule.I have found Brad to be professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating of my needs and fitness level. He will not only take you through the various exercises but will explain how effective they are and how they line up with your goals.I highly recommend giving him a go.

I have been training with Brad for a few months now and I highly recommend him as a great personal trainer. I’m quite a beginner to proper weight lifting and techniques and Brad has created a great plan to get me started that suits my body’s ability. Brad is very knowledgeable and I’m very comfortable training with him. Since starting with Brad I’ve also gained more motivation for regular exercise and have started to change eating habits to keep me aligned to my program. 10/10 would recommend if your looking for personal trainer!

Brad is more than your average trainer. He knows how to push you to your limits (and beyond) while being understanding to your preferences and strengths. Brad has helped me work through injuries I have sustained through playing with my kids and I never feel inadequate. I am the strongest I have ever been thanks to Brad’s guidance and support. Brad is an AMAZING personal trainer! He listens to your goals and then devised a plan on what you want to achieve. He makes each workout challenging yet achievable.
