Possibly one of the worst customer experiences! Served by Kim & told me a 3% surcharge would be taken out from her pay as I purchased with Amex. Extremely inappropriate thing to say to a customer.

Really unpleasant experience here today (19th June). I bought a duvet made of linen and cotton which for some unknown reason was extremely scratchy to touch and made me itch. I brought it in for a refund or replacement. There was a nice young lady at the counter who seemed willing to help but she was overruled by a particularly nasty old lady who told me that I could not return it as it was not in its original packaging. When I mentioned that I think there is something wrong with it, she told me that there definitely isn't as many other people have bought the same item and no-one else had complained. While I stood there looking at her, trying to comprehend the illogic of this statement, she said just staring at me isn't going to get me to change my mind". I opened my eyes wider in surprise and she said "ok lets just sit here and stare at each other then". Quite a surprising way to be treated! Especially after having spent almost $300 with Bed Bath n Beyond. When asked

Misleading display on prices. Red label stickers are still present on the display of products but when scanning on counter says the discount is not applicable.No apologies nothing.

Always super friendly and the staff are happy to help with your linen choices and ideas. Need to watch the price system as there is lots to take in and absorb and to work out what might be on sale.
