The worst experience ever!I’ve been sick for a month and visited two different male GPs multiple times in this Clinic. They both failed to tell me what happened to my body after arranging a series of test. That was not the most disappointing thing.I called the receptionist requesting for a blood test report and X-ray test results, only to be told that ‘we don’t call our patients unless GP diagnosed symptoms out of the report’. I then requested the reports to be sent to my email address and she simply said I have no time to do this... When so question her about reason, she basically yelled at me over the phone and hang out suddenly...So speechless and hopeless about this clinic, not only because of their GP’s capabilities but also because their staff terrible attitude!

I have never seen a doctor or disrespected a doctor before but the guy that me and my girlfriend just saw had no clue what he was doing and kept asking the same questions over and over again even tho we explained it very clearly to him I'm not even sure if he was a proper doctor would not recommend this place if u want to get better.

There seems to be numerous complaints about the behaviour of the receptionist and the Centre's management don't seem to be interested in taking these reviews and feedback onboard and doing something about them. Please pay attention to all your patients' feedback if you want to have a successfully medical practice in this area. Your patients' feedback and word of mouth are the most important to your business long term if you want to be successful.Thank you

Disgusting service. I have been suffering from a severe case of flu with body aches, a terrible sore throat, blocked Eustachian tubes and nausea. Had to get a PCR test before I was allowed to book an appointment. Finally got shown into a doctor who told me nothing was wrong with me and refused to give me a medical certificate like I was lying. Isn't it great when, just when you muster up enough energy to get out of bed, the doctor tells you in so many words that you're lying about it?

Great experience overall. Lovely receptionists. I met Dr Zhao and Dr Bennet, both extremely professional Doctors. Especially Dr Bennett went above and beyond my expectations even gave me a follow up call to make sure things were okay. I really appreciate your service. Thank you again.

It was my first time at Maxcare clinic this morning, and I had a great experience. Receptionist was kind both over the phone when I called to book the appointment, and even in person. I probably waited like 5mins and then I was called by the GP. GP was friendly and sympathetic to my case. I went on a Friday morning at around 10:30am, not that many people. Would definitely go again

Service was lovely, reception very helpful, GP Dr Bennett is a very nice doctor who took the time to hear my husband's concerns and help with his care. We have transferred my husband's care to this practice with confidence. Thank you Maxcare Clinic.

Dr Yangqing Xu is very unprofessional. I came to him today for a referral letter for specialist. He opened a specialist company website and asked me to pick one specialist which I had no idea which one was good. I also requested a referral for both private and public hospitals but he could only do one for private and too busy to public. I had no idea what GP services can he provide.
