Bakers Delight Carlingford Court

I just purchased a Boston bun with cream. I got home hoping to have a fresh morning tea but was disappointed on opening the brown paper bag to find the bun was stale not fresh . I was not going to drive back to Carlingford court for a stale bun . Just check your purchases before you leave the shop. Will not buy anything from there again rather drive a little further to Davids Cakes where I know the buns are baked fresh.

Came here on an afternoon during the week. Young lady with glasses was serving behind the counter. She had no customer service skills. Barely cracked a smile, was not friendly nor rude but just had no emotion. I also wanted to pay for my order with cash but she apparently did not have change for a $50 note, so I had to pay with card. Using card payment for something that is only $6+ is stupid. Make sure you have change at all times, even if cash is being used less.I bought a spinach and feta twist loaf. Pretty average, there's hardly any feta and spinach throughout the loaf. Won't be buying from here again. I won't be buying from here again.

Purchased 6 scones so stale and hard unable to eat them

Quality of produce is good but lay-out of goods and customer service are consistently haphazard and could use improvement. There are no product or pricing labels and kver all look is drab.Today I waited ages, along with a bunch of other people as only one staff member was serving. I knew what I wanted, was paying cash and could have had the correct amount ready to save the server time, especially with so many others waiting. Things were getting tense around there today and it's not first time I've noticed this.

Carlingford Baker's Delight has the best tasting chocolate hot cross buns I have ever had.If could give them more stars I would as their service was fabulous also!!10/10 Well Done!

Picked up a loaf of High Fibre Low GI yesterday 06.11.2022. Got home and made a sandwich. Very disappointed with the product. Bread was already hard, like it was more than a day old. I pay this price, but expect quality for this price. If I want an old loaf of bread, I can pay $1 next door in Coles. Not what I expect from Bakers Delight. Won’t be back to THIS store EVER.

Consistently great bread. They donate unsold bread to charity at the end of each day so its always fresh.

Really friendly staff, love their sourdough and that's literally three only thing I get from them. The quality had always been consistent even though they are a fairly big chain now..

Bought a pack of 6 traditional dinner rolls for $3.80 this afternoon. I was given the last 5 remaining + 1 seeded roll to make up the 6 pack. The rolls were just appalling!! They were puny in size, hardly any weight to them and just plain crusty. Not sure what I paid $3.80 for. They weren't even worth $2.50. Such a scam! I actually stood there and looked at them in disbelief and had to feel around the rolls. Never again will I buy from this store. I'm totally disgusted with the standard!
