Went in today to ask about my Alto sax that I had just purchased as I do not play sax. The seller had said that one of the keys wasn't working. I went in to ask if they could tell me which key wasn't working. I was told by an older gentleman downstairs that my sax was garbage and not even worth looking at, let alone fixing and that there was better quality instruments in their garden! Then told me that it had never played and it will never play. I went home and it plays perfectly!!! I will not be returning. Really rude. The lady at the front was nice though so that's a plus.

Super friendly place with a fine collection of wind instruments. Checked out the workshop and it is a very well equipped repair hub. Truly a one-stop shop for anything wind-related, close to the city and good value too. Quite a bit of equipment I would like to take home.

Very friendly staff but extremely unorganised and unprofessional. We paid in full and were promised our child would receive their music pack for their first lesson at school but it never arrived. It took multiple emails and phone calls before we finally had a response and then had to go back again to collect it ourselves. Very disappointed.

Very helpful staff. Recently had son's saxophone repaired. Reasonable prices. Huge shout out to Noel for helping us out of a bit of a jam. He went above and beyond. Thank you.

Fair prices, good honest service that will get you tooting your horn in no time. The location of the store is a little inconvenient when the street is particularly busy, but they do have some allocated parking which I've never seen full, making it slightly easier to manouver your car back out into the street.

They did the whole clean and sale completely on their own, took no payment until the sale was processed. Super easy and extremely convenient experience that took up absolutely none of my time. Thank you for your help legends!

To ensure my comments are accurate and fair, I didn't rush to post this review till my daughter really took the time, and practiced multiple times on the clarinet serviced by them in the past couple of days.Several days ago, I took my daughter's clarinet to them to get it serviced (after reading the very positive Google reviews about their service). The technician said servicing it would be useless, and we should either consider buying a new one or replacing the mouthpiece. To be fair, the technician was patient, and provided me some useful information on why getting a new mouthpiece is a desirable option. I said I will consider getting a new mouthpiece when I pick up the clarinet. I was told that they were extremely busy because of the school holiday, and it would take 7 days or more before they could find time to work on my daughter's clarinet. I asked him how much it would cost. He said it would be between 120 to 160. One day later, I went there again because I decided to just buy a new one. I asked the lady at the front desk whether they have Yamaha, and if yes, I can buy it from them. Unfortunately they don't have. So, the lady went downstairs to get my daughter's old clarinet. I thought it would be quick. However, they kept me waiting for about 5 minutes. When the lady finally came back, she asked me to go downstairs and the technician would like to talk to me. I went there, what I was suspecting while waiting was confirmed: the technician (the same gentleman) told me that it's too late because he had already serviced the clarinet. I asked what's the cost. No surprise, it was 160 (GST excluded). The same technician told me the serviced clarinet should be able to last for some time (a couple of terms to one year). Over the past couple of days, my daughter has been using the clarinet. She told me that she can notice some improvement, but, only slightly. To be precise, she said from 1 (no improvement at all) to 10 (huge improvement), she gave it 5. Anyways, just wanted to share my experience, in case it could help future customers.
