Absolutely awful attitude from a particular staff member. Lining up in parcel pick up queue which was a large queue and then a fast running queue for other reasons. Was called to the other queue and then extremely rudely told that this was a priority queue and that other people were supposed to go first even though people just before me in that same queue were also collecting parcels. But for some reason the lady particularly had it out for me and wanted to have the final say no matter what I said. Hopefully attitudes will change given they have no idea what day people have had and the effect this rudeness may have on people. Pick up your game

Lady on counter was really helpful for doing our kids passports. Our passport applications were rejected from Elizabeth post office due to unreasonable reasons but it got accepted here and process was very fast too. Thanks

How can two staff not serving any customers just stand ignoring me as i stood in the parcel pickup lane. I had been standing there for over 5mins maybe i had become invisible another 5 mins pass when another staff member asked to serve me, i don't think that went well since this staff member had to move from his station over to another, i refuse to feel like a nuisance please get your attitude in gear it doesn't take much to be pleasant

Rude, very little care about what they are doing.You can never guess which line to stand in for parcels they cant make their mind up day to day.Constantly losing parcels or misplacing them.Never give you all your parcels even though there is more than one on the tracking list because they didn't put them all together and misplaced them again.Forever making return trips because of there incompetence.Constantly have other peoples mail in my PO box.Employees attitude's need adjusting or find another job.They are only friendly to their older regular customers.This would have to be one of the Australia's worst post offices.

Terrible customer service, the staff require for better training on the basic skill for customer services, the lady is very happy to ruin you, she appeared so aggressive with a very bad attitude, she can repeatedly yell at you over and over the same sentence.I suggest don't deal with them, not a good look for Australia Post.Worst Post Office I have ever been it, extremely unprofessional and poor attitude.They need to overhaul their staff.I would give you a zero star rating if there is an option.

There was a waiting line up just before mid morning till lunch. So next time I'll get there early enough to miss it. Always listen to your intuitive navigation system and use critical thinking. Practice helping your soul and find a way to make peace with yourself threw love.

Gawler post office has the worst customer service, visited Gawler post office 4th Jan 2023, lady who served me in redtop rude and loud. If you cannot hear a customer speaking, there is no need for you to shout your command to speak up" so that the whole shop has to hear you shout. I should have went to Willaston postoffice better service polite people."

I took my son here for a Passport application. The lady was very helpful and friendly. This is the busiest Australia Post I've been to.It can take some time to be served.Donna is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate she held a parcel for me.I also appreciate she explained early morning pick up, so now I can get my parcels after 7am!They do have a variety of gifts, books and stationary.But I do miss the collectable coins that used to be displayed in a cabinet.

I have had the misfortune of having to deal with this post office on several occasions to collect parcels. Unfortunately nearly every time I am struck by the same woman (as you'd expect in a small area of Gawler), every time she is rude, condescending and treats me with the upmost disrespect. She treats her other customers somewhat courteous, however me, she disrespects. I'm always neatly dressed (have to be for work) and this woman has put me off completely. Thankfully, online you can choose where your parcels go, so I have changed this to another post office that actually has friendly service to everybody, regardless of age/appearance etc.

Ample parking space, courteous staff with excellent product knowledge; with wide range of Australia Post product and gifts to choose from.Thank you Kathy, Sandra, and another staff that serve me the first time (I'm sorry I didn't manage to catch your name tag earlier); really appreciated for helping me choose the best option for international parcel delivery.I highly recommended Gawler Australia Post, do come and experience warm and professional service in the heart of Gawler Town; kindly ignore all the negative feedback and unproductive criticisms.
