Byteknight's are a lifesaver!! My computer crashed and all of my wedding preparation spreadsheets were still on there and nothing backed up. Joe came to the rescue, picked up the computer the next day, fixed it and brought it back the following day! ALL FIXED. Fast, punctual, professional, reliable and great rates! I dealt with Joe who kept in constant communication with me regarding my laptop issues and what my options were in terms of dealing with them. After having done a superb job fixing my computer, I will likely have them assist with my wife's website and any other technical matters or upgrades from here in end. They really helped with my laptop issues and went above and beyond to help fix it. Steph was super helpful and explained the whole process and stuff while helping to fix the laptop issues and save my data. I nearly lost a lot of uni work and such, but they helped save it/give it back onto a new laptop which really really helped :)

I had a very good experience coming to Byteknight.Stephan was very thorough with making sure everything was in check and kept me up to date.They fixed liquid damage without having to change my motherboard which saved me a lot of money.ASUS ZENBOOK 13'consultant/labor: $90keyboard/mouse track replacement: $290=$380Though because of complications it did take a while longer for my laptop to be repaired but overall i great experience and would recommend again.
