The wonderful people at Daily Blooms were so helpful with my flower delivery last week, where they sent a fresh bunch of flowers when the original could not be delivered through no fault of theirs. Bouquet was lovely but only lasted two days - very disappointing. But Daily Blooms organised a replacement bouquet which were beautiful and lasted for days! Thank you for the quick follow up - much appreciated- great customer service, will definitely use again.

Received flower delivery from my daughter for my birthday. Flowers 5 half dead roses, no foliage wrapped in multiple tissue paper. This is the worst arrangement I’ve seen in my life. Would not recommend this florist.

Fantastic service. I messed up my order & even in the height of Mothers Day delivery time, they contacted me & sorted it out with ease. My Mum loved her plant and gifts. The wide selection of options allowed me to choose some small items that were personally suited for my Mum and that were also beautiful local products. I was constantly updated on the delivery status & expected time via email so I could call her when I knew it had just arrived. Will be using Daily Blooms again.

I ordered flowers on a Monday afternoon and was a little disappointed they didn’t arrive until it was just about dark on the Tuesday evening. The lady I sent them to said they were lovely but I haven’t seen them as she lives a long way from me. Communication was good but I would have liked them sent during daylight as the lady’s husband had died recently.

The customer service is next level! I had flowers sent by mum (who is overseas) and she got my address wrong. I contacted the delivery driver who was very responsive and made sure I still got my flowers to the correct address that same day.The bouquet is absolutely gorgeous too and so nicely presented
