Brunswick Accounting & Tax
My appointment for my tax return with Brunswick head accountants was cancelled with a days notice, I the requested my previous years tax summary be sent to me so I could pass it onto my new accountant.I did not receive it on the day agreed so I called up the next day, was spoken to extremely rudely by the receptionist so then hung up the phone on me while I was still asking questions. I understand we all have bad days but this was a bit too much.All in all rude and incompetent is how I would describe my experience.
