Piece of advice to everyone: Don’t even bother try to fix your computer over there. Shadi (name speaks for itself… ) wanted to charge me for sth what wasn’t even broken telling me to pay $600 for new screen while in the other shop they fix my laptop for $20.. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this shady shop Cheers Anna

Excellent service and price. Also, he suggested NOT doing a preemptive battery replacement on an older MacBook Pro. Mr. Issa is now the official repairer for all my family's Apple products!

This business bought a second hand computer component from me on ebay and subsequently claimed it was non-working when it was working fine. They have blatantly abused the system to try and disingenuously get a return and keep the motherboard. Dishonest and unprofessional. Moreover, they have been verbally abusive in their correspondence with me. Do not interact with this business at all, they are crooks.

Do not take your computer anywhere else. This guy is amazing. Apple tech support could not fix my Mac after keeping it for a week and told me the only option was to reboot and lose all my files. My university IT department told me the same thing. I was told all my files were irretrievable. This man managed to retrieve every file and fixed my computer. I recently had another issue and he managed to solve it. I have sent friends and work colleagues there who have reported the same experience.
