I've had some issues with a frozen shoulder. I tried a variety of cortisone injections and hydrodilatation but they were only temporary measures. Ian Lim was very attentive to my problems and devised exercises, stretches to increase movement and strength.It is now about 4 weeks after my first session with him and my shoulder has freed up immensely and I can finally cast my flyrod ! Thanks Ian Lim! Highly recommended !
