Make sure you keep every receipt because this company will try and get more money out for you for the interlock service. They did 2 power violations and put it on me to prove to the Judge why that happened until I figured out it happened in there workshop so they wrote a letter to the judge making full admissions it was there fault otherwise I could have had another 12 months with an interlock. On the last day it stopped working and that would have been more money. The Technician also made out that I didn't do my last service and I must have lied to the court to get my licence because he didn't do his job and input the data. They were nice until I was getting it removed.

I’ve been trying to speak with a supervisorOr senior manager for 3 weeks to work through in detail as my vehicle has an occasionalGlitch with the device that prevents me having clear readings. All times the device asks for a retest I have turned my vehicle off well before the request is made but on the rare occasion ceasefires stays on. It’s in my driveway and the picture through the rear window shows this. However no one from draeger calls meBack to work through the detail. I guess this is how they keep getting money and have no intention of applying common senseNo One ever calls back- I have left multipleMessages.

What a complete nightmare trying to book a sat appointment due to uni on Monday. Nope, no response at all.

Unable to attend service in regional Victoria due to a covid outbreak. Phoned Drager. Couldn't be more disinterested. Could give me # of other regional service centers nothing more. None would service me. Ended up driving to Notting Hill as this is the only service center they 'own'. 3 hours out of my way and in the mist of a covid hot spot. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

I Give Drager 1Star because, there Equipment is meant to be Bulletproof Accurate, but its far from it, Im a Painter & Decorater, and because of this i have Paint & Materials in my car, As of a few months ago, i found out that paints can effect the Interlock, Ive had dozens of lockouts over the last 14 months, due to Violations & Acholol Readings that are False, due to the interlock picking up the Paint Fumes, I was given 7 months by the court to have the Interlock, as it stands now its been 14 months, and the way its going ill be stuck with it. due to my job, which is not Right, Drager just keep Draging the money In, of me and everyone else, whose a painter with a interlock. The Whole System Is A Huge Money Making Scam For Drager. Glenn Sampson.
