We had two garage door openers replaced so that they would be the same model. While I would have preferred if the existing openers had continued to work, I am glad that I contacted this company to get the work done.The doors open and close much more quietly than the 15+ old openers. It looks like Jason also adjusted the door to make them run more smoothly and quietly. They doors were so noisy that I could hear them from the back of the house. Now they are much quieter.The quality and service of their work is fantastic. I would strongly recommend this business to anybody who needs work on their garage door and/or openers.

Jason and Mel were very quick and prompt with their replies and quotes the moment I needed help. I called on a Friday afternoon and they squeezed me in first thing Monday morning. Prices were extremely reasonable and he recommended me a Merlin commander elite with full app control as our garage is accessed by over 5 people. Couldn't be happier with the install and service. Highly recommend!!

Had my garage door opener (MERLIN Commander Elite) replaced today by Jason. Very happy with his service and workmanship. I found him to be very professional, courteous, honest and pleasant to deal with. After having been 'burnt' by a dodgy & greedy 'service/trade people lately, it was a delight to find someone who is more focused on delivering excellent workmanship and exceptional customer service. I also asked him to replace only one of the cables as it is already showing wear and tear. He did so and replaced not only one, but the two cables (left & right side), but charged me only for the price of one.

We had three new roller doors installed by the team at Garage Door Sales and Repairs, Castle Hill. Jason, Melissa and Mark were an absolute pleasure to deal with! The doors are stunning and work beautifully, their advice was fantastic and their customer service was second to none. They were quick to respond to any questions we had during our renovation and have come out post installation for other service calls. They keep our doors running as NEW! Thank you! We would highly recommend them to anyone:)

Today we had 2 doors repaired in Cherrybrook. Both doors were sadly in need of maintenance. Alignment, lubrication and tensioning of the spring, new cables and now they open quietly, smoothly and close evenly with no gaps at the bottom. Fast efficient service and money well spent, I will be sure to get these guys back to service the doors annually. I didn’t get to meet Jason as I had to leave the doors open for when he arrived but he called me as soon as he inspected the doors and my wife was home to settle the account before he left. Thanks mate, great job.

These open/close so much faster & quieter. Family is loving the App too! Absolute delight to deal with GDS&R. They take a lot of pride in delivering the best install possible."
