Wow!Nick has totally created magic with my phone bill!!!I'm so grateful for his very patient help making sure I'm now paying sooooo much less each month for me and my kids costs.And we have better phones too!!I just wish I had come to see him years ago.

These Brunswick guys are very good, they listen really well and remember you. I'm never entirely satisfied with everything in life, including my phone & plan. Every time I enter the store they seem to always be happy yet real. They don't judge, they listen, I understand their suggestions, I choose between several deals that work better than what I have. Somehow they go beyond what is possible...

Ordered a phone in November 2022, at the time of writing this it’s Feb 2023 and am yet to receive anything other than two bills which were a different cost to what I was quoted when signing up. Multiple phone calls, store visits, web chats and nobody can tell what is going on or are willing to help me. Do not under any circumstances sign up with Vodafone.Edit**** Response to reply:Matter was taken up with ombudsman, never received device. Contract terminated. Do not trust this company! :)

I'm surprised to see the reviews vary so wildly for this store. Abdul was super friendly and informative — I got my SIM blocked, number transferred to a new one, and was moved onto a better plan for less money, all in next to no time. A genuinely nice experience.

Arkie’s customer service was of a very high standard. He gave me a private demo of all the phones on display.

Could not recommend this branch highly enough. Arkie and Nick were efficient and friendly. Overall pleasant experience.

This Vodafone store is by far the worst representation of Vodafone I have ever experienced, I have used to work for Vodafone back in 2014, and this store has made me change the way I look at Vodafone.Some time a go in May, my grandma and myself went down to rectify a issue, the issue was someone at this store ordered the new iPhone in replacement of my grandma's current iPhone from the Warehouse which costed my grandma around $2,500.My grandma didn't want the new iPhone, she couldn't afford to pay that much and her current iPhone still worked and is still working.We had a physical and verbal altercation when we try to rectify this issue, the sales representatives kept saying we should call customer service, and didn't want to help us at all, started throwing punches and saying get out of the store.I raised a complaint and finally got this issue rectified, they also offered my grandma additional data and credits on the account. I reported this physical altercation to the coburg Police.I just want to inform everyone that this store is very dodgy and not willing to help when refund money is in the question.I suggest going to Vodafone at Northland shopping Centre.This is in response to the owners reply, considering my grandma is 87 years old and she did not sign any contract for the new iPhone, I am not sure why your team member kept calling her every single day, harassing her and extorting her to sign a new contract for a new iPhone plan even though there was apparently a $300 discount going on.She only accepted the offer verbally under distress.Her grandson did not instigate or start the altercation, the police have been notified about this incident, along with your vodafone back end team/complaints department.The abusive team member in question took advantage of an old lady, my grandma and aggravated/startled her grandson.We will just wait for the police investigation report.EVERYONE PLEASE BE WARY OF THIS STORE!!

Did the job quickly however to he staff wasn't smart, we guided them how to do the Job. There was a water machine asked them about glasses but no response.Bad experience
