Great solution, especially for a team that isn't always in the office. We travel frequently, so it's great that we can take a call in any part of the world and transfer calls or add in a team member who is thousands of km away. We also now don't have to worry about team members making expense claims for calls made from their personal devices when overseas as business calls are made from within Teams.

Worked with Hello Teams to migrate our old Skype phone system over to Teams via their system. Was a smooth process, quick and easy transition and ongoing support has been great. Highly recommended.
