Staff were excellent in responding to the concerns I presented with regarding my visual problems. The Optometrist took the issue seriously, promptly addressed various possibilities through testing and Xray's that could be the cause of the problem. We were able to resolve it quickly...Thank you Spec savers..

My friend Daniela lost a tiny screw from her glasses & Specsavers was the only optometrist open on a Sunday. Plus they replaced & fixed it complimentary. Wow!

Excellent service and professionalism. The Optitian was concerned about my husband’s eye condition and quickly referred him to a specialist. The range of spectacle frames is excellent and all the assistants happy to assist. We have been customers since 2008 and would not go anywhere else.GNF

I did a contacts fitting appointment here last year, apparently the appt is an hour long as it was my first time. The woman who done the appt with me had zero patience, she told me to hold my top lashes and pull my bottom lid down and it just goes in, I struggled (ALOT) that was all she gave me and she sat there huffing and puffing clearly frustrated that I didn’t know what I was doing. I left within 15 minutes of the appt because her mood made me feel so flustered and stressed that I felt I was such an inconvenience for her.I’ve just returned from a private practice where the optometrist assured me we have a full hour, we were in no rush and if I needed 6 x 1 hour sessions then that’s what we’d do, he verbally and visually demonstrated what to do and gave me lots of little tips and I put them in and out multiple times in that session and got to take them home.The optometrists are lovely and all the other staff we’ve encountered have been lovely. However my youngest child was given a VERY wrong script, we found this out going elsewhere as she had frames from somewhere else that specsavers didn’t seem so keen on using. They said they sometimes have clients not have correct scripts from spec savers they wanted to retest her eyes first and the script was basically polar opposite to what she needed. I’m not sure if it was a mix up and even the optometrist said he’s never had one that way off before.Either way haven’t had the greatest experience with Specsavers Burleigh, highly recommend the smaller private practices - which many also bulk bill.

I've been going to Specsavers at Stocklands Burleigh for years now, and it's always a pleasant and easy experience. Eye tests are always quick, and there are so many options when choosing your new glasses frames. The team members are always super helpful and friendly.

Very happy with the service from Vince the optometrist from Burleigh. Friendly and professional he was very helpful with my prescription that was a little bit different from normal. Definitely recommended.

Terrible experience, they ordered my wife the incorrect contacts. When the incorrect contacts arrived (late) they blamed her for the mistake were extremely rude and condescending. We wont ever being going back there again. There was honestly no reason for them to treat someone like that and it was unprofessional on all levels

Called in today on the off chance that we could drop off old glasses and have my wife's current lasses adjusted. A handy container accepted my old ones and despite the current having been purchased at Robina, it was no trouble at all. Huge thanks to Nikala who went out of her way to help. It's my strong recommendation that you shop at West Burleigh Specsavers if you have a need for glasses and more.
