Please please do not use this company!!! Peter is just a sales person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid nearly $10,000 for a system with installation failure. Got an electricity bill for $1,400 due to the duct work not done properly. Too much stressed, frustration and anxiety..not worth it... .

Absolutely DO NOT use this company! They failed to advised me that the ducted air con they recommended to me was too powerful for my house, and power would trip whenever other large normal household appliances are used (washing machine, toaster etc). When approached with the issue, Peter and Chris either were not responsive or trying to dodge responsibilities. In short, I had a lot of issues and ended up with the power company came to the house. They examined the switchboard that was upgraded by Aircon4U while they installed the aircon unit and told me the way they have done it is not compliant and they were surprised it passed inspection. 1. they knew the unit would cause issues but did not advise its suitability. It is part of an aircon company's obligation to assess suitability to the house and ensure the recommendation is fit for purpose. They failed that. 2. they used some cheap parts that were not compliant in their work. As a customer, I have no technical knowledge on these things hence engaged a professional" company to do the work. Aircon4U failed that trust. Please avoid this company as they are unethical and if you are not a professional in this field

Had a Toshiba split system installed yesterday and its amazing!! So so warm. The installers did a great job and I am so happy. Will definitely use Aircon4u again if we need to replace any of our other split systems.

DO NOT use this vendor. They don't even know how to test their system properly. I bought a reverse cycle ducted diakin system from these guys. It wasn't working properly from day 1. When I complained they didn't know even how to measure the airflow and they didn't do anything to fix the issue instead kept saying that this is how ducted system works. 10 months later, when I got into the roof cavity for the first time, I found that the main duct was losing more that half the air in roof cavity and they removed ceiling insulation to install ducts but never put it back. The height of unprofessionalism is that they are not even owning the mistake to get things sorted properly and pay compensation. Completely unprofessional and unethical !!

Thank you so much to Peter & the team @ Aircon4u whom installed my new heating & air conditioning today- I’m overwhelmed by the professionalism of the job- From the start to the finish I can’t thank them enough- my house never been this warm in 2 & half years since I bought it-Honesty & trust you can’t beat which I received- I recommend this company 110%. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you have been warned, they sell you a bigger unit than you actually need, then once they have your money they are gone. Good luck if you have issues, NO back end service at all, 3 weeks of trying to get someone out, someone finally calls and arranges a time only to not show up or ring.

Thanks Nicole for helping me get our Daikin unit warranty claim organised, we have been contacted by a service agent and the unit is booked to be fixed in a couple of weeks, would have liked it done sooner but I guess this and winter are peak seasons.

This company service was really bad. Peter did dodge installation, their account tried to blame me. Don't use this their service to avoid a huge gas bill.

Very professional until I paid, it took 10 months of repeated requests to get warranty and manual, then it was thrown over the fence and found in the garden. I have made multiple attempts to contact Peter to ask about service as the unit has stopped working, but apart from one text saying I'm too busy to talk to you now" all other messages have been ignored. Do not use this company. Hired them install mechanical air with specific plans. They cut corners and didn’t do it to plans so it failed building inspection. $10k!! Then had to hire another company to take it all out as it wasn’t even installed correctly and pay that company to fix their bad work, another $5k. The other company said it was the worst work they’d seen. Pete avoids all calls and Nicole just blamed us. Terrible customer service!
