Love Kingston beach all year,A beautiful place to take a walk and swim in summer for me.One thing it really needs.. is for the Kingbotough Council to fix the paths.They did such a great job near the shops and at the dog beach side...but needs to be fixed inbetween.

Good place to enjoy the summer - it can be crowded and hard to find a parking place near the beach. Good location around Kingston area, it has changing rooms and toilet facilities. You can find several good places to eat too.

Late morning and was difficult to find a parking space on the beachfront. Beautiful sands and clear water...too cool to get us to swim so restricted ourselves to a gentle paddle

Good beach but I wish people didn't have to let their dogs bark and harass people and seabirds. Dogs actually aren't supposed to be on this beach at all, maybe it needs better signage? There's a dog beach further along you can go to.

A beautiful beach that is good for swimming, on a calm day. Plenty of flat sand. The foreshore is nicely maintained and the walking path is excellent.

It's a great beach, and there's some very scenic views of the Derwent. There's also shops and amenities close by. I definitely recommend Kingston Beach.

Both visits(a year apart ) have been wonderful, with the water just perfect. Worth a swim. Showering and changing facilities just across the road are brilliant.

A lovely but accessible beach. A lack of public bbq's brings it down a notch (one in the grassy area near the dog park) but otherwise wonderful. Baronia beach a short walk south if you want something quiter as well.
