NAMBUCCA VALLEY PROPERTY

Unfortunately we had this real estate business manage our house over two years with two tenants ,the first damages the grounds and unit the second lot damages the house and various items stolen and damaged.The agents had not done anything ,and explained their irresponsibilityby suggesting it was fair wear and tear and hard to prove anything. total cost of labour and materials $4500. If I had done that in the property I am renting I would have been kicked out and a claim made against me. They just don't care.

I had my property on the market with other local agents for over two years with no movement at all. I decided to call Nambucca Valley Property and found both Stewart and Lyndal to be extremely professional, genuine and very informative.Within 3 months of having my property listed with Nambucca Valley Property my house was SOLD...The photography and presentation of my home they provided on the internet sites was of a very high standard. Their support and assistance during the selling process through to settlement was greatly appreciated and I would not hesitate to recommend Nambucca Valley Property to anyone.

In selling my house and buying I experience the difference between good & bad agents. Those that try to provide service & many others there just for a barrow full of money without even trying to do much at all. No service here across the board.

Kellie and the NV team manage a rental property in Macksville for me - the service is always second-to-none and their care and professionalism shows in every dealing I have with them. I cannot recommend this business enough for all real estate requirements!

Appalling service. And disgusting behavior and toxic attitude by the Principal David in this business. Various examples of professional misconduct, ignorance and incompetence. Failed on many fronts including withholding the facts, lying (to both myself as a vendor, and a potential buyer), not operating with due process, complete laziness in exchange of sale contract, misrepresentation, favouring the buyers conditions over mine as vendor, and not following up leads. NV Property were reported to the authorities as a result and my business was taken elsewhere. As a result, newly appointed agent secured sale for my property in 2 weeks and at sale price $18k higher than NV's market appraisal and initial buyer offers. NV are dishonest business with very questionable practices. User beware.

I don't think David Winton in NV Property is a good agent, and I can't trust him. I have offered him a price that is more than his price range for a property in Nambucca Head, because he told me he got an offer from someone else at the top end of his price range already. However, he didn't follow up my offer and sold someone else at lower price than top end. He didn't give me a true information, and I was about to pay him too much.

Lyndal at Nambucca Valley Property sold our house within 1 week of listing it on the market for sale. Her local market knowledge and exceptional online promotion contributed to us achieving a great price. The process was stress free and Lyndal was very genuine in having our best interests at heart. Highly recommend this agency.

I emailed twice over a period of months to get a valuation on 2 Properties we own, I called the office & spoke with Reception who would get one of them to call back.Not even a call or reply to email. Must have plenty of houses on the books or their commission is so high they don't have to sell too many houses.I would never recommend again or put anything toward them.
