John has got to be one of the most honest mechanics out there. He tells it like it is, and in between himself and Phil, the car is always serviced professionally and promptly. In the time that I've been going there, he has always worked around my timetable if the car needs some extra work done to it. I can't fault the professionalism from John and Phil, while at the same time being welcoming and up for a chat or a joke. Can't praise them highly enough. Thanks John. Hope you don't plan on retiring anytime soon!
