Bark in the Park

We had the most wonderful experience with Bark in the Park puppy preschool - a highlight of our stage 4 lockdown Sundays! Toni was brilliant and navigated Zoom, 4 puppies and their respective families of all ages with ease. Our puppy Harry learnt so much (and we learnt more), and our 8 year old dog also enjoyed the refresher course in good behaviour!! Highly recommended.

Bark in the Park are an incredible company with stellar service. They have taken my dog for weekly (or more frequent) walks since he was very young and they always take such good care of him. They take amazing photos and provide a great little report card too!! They're also great at changing days when the need arises!

Sarah and the team are where I send anyone on that side of town. They are educated, knowledgeable and reliable. The work they really do often goes unnoticed. For dog training and dog walking in the south Yarra area, these guys are your goto.

We had adopted female chihuahua called Kiki who has a separation anxiety and serious habit of barking at dogs, people and noises about an year ago. We were feeling tired and hopeless about her issue and very sad that Kiki is genuinely beautiful to us but unfortunately not for others. I had been researching how we could fix this situation, and I found out Bark in the Park. Firstly I am not native English speaker; and I have never adopted dog in my whole life. So I was very anxious when I emailed to Bark in the Park for very first time, but Dylan, who contacted me and listened my worries about Kiki, and suggested the best solution for us, was unbelievably kind. Thanks so much! As he suggested us to give a try, we booked in-home training with trainer, Megan who also has chihuahua. As Kiki has issue with strangers, she was barking at Megan all time during our first session. we felt so bad about that, but Megan was very calm and very kind to us. As new dog parents, we had to learn how to calm Kiki, so she taught us very practical tricks; she never said any negative thing about Kiki and kept being very encouraging, super positive, and supportive. Then we booked another session because the tricks we learned through first session worked very well. After all sessions, she is giving us great advises still now. Bark in the park’s support definitely increased our love for Kiki and our relationship is way stronger and more solid than before, because now we can proud of her. We can’t describe how thankful we are!

We have been regular users of Bark in the Park for our schnoodle, Charlie, for the last ~2 years and cannot recommend them highly enough! They offer two walk times, mid-morning (~10-12) and afternoon (~2-4) Monday-Friday, which are very convenient on days when I need to go in to work and don't want to leave Charlie home alone for a long period of time. All the walkers we've experienced have been super friendly and big dog lovers, and the booking system is extremely user friendly - at the start of each week you just tell the team which days you want to book in and done!We also love the daily pet care journals we receive, which include really helpful metrics like pick-up and drop-off times, if he's used the toilet and of course heaps of pictures of pups playing and having fun in the park!If you are looking for a reliable, loving dog walker, look no further than Bark in the Park!

The team at BITP are incredible. I could not recommend them more highly.Our pup has been going twice a week and is loving life. They are absolutely dog people who know exactly how to support him. They have been so thorough and attentive to his needs. I am always so relieved knowing he is in the safest hands.

Bark In The Bark are a pleasure to deal with. Highly professional and responsive, and the 1 on 1 puppy training class we had with Toni was amazingly informative and useful. I would recommend Bark in the Park to any puppy owner and couldn't speak of them highly enough!
