I accidently called the wrong number after the accident. I thought I was dealing with NRMA, but through the phone call, not one time they said they were not. Shame on you for relying on this kind of scam to get customers. Build your own brand!!!!If google allows me to choose less than 1 star, I will definitely go with that one.

These guys are exceptional. These guys are on the ball, Straight away they had me in contact with another team who picked up my car for repairers and also had a rental vehicle for me. All at no cost to me.Best in the business. Will never deal with my insurance company again when I’m in a non at fault Accidnet.

A complete waste of my time. They purported to have lodged my claim and that the Assessor would contact the Repairer the next day plus a replacement car would be provided etc etc. Then despite having my photos of the accident with the other car in contact with the back of my car they contacted me and claimed their investigators could not confirm my claim and I would have to pay the excess as the other driver disputed his responsibility.I contacted my insurer who didn't know anything about this operation and warned me to stay away from them.Very dodgy and utterly unprofessional. Avoid!

Like so many others I was led to believe I was speaking with nrma when I was given this number to call at the scene of the accident by the other party who were also insured with nrma - I suspect they were led to believe they were speaking with the nrma and are confident they got your number from google searchesAt no point did the operator state I wasn’t speaking with nrma even though I asked several times if I wasThe operator was not even interested in getting the details of who was actually driving my car at the time - they didn’t need such details i mean WTAF!!!Ringing the next day to follow up on my claim and I was basically told to ring NRMA 132132Of course like so many other stories here NRMA had no idea what I was talking about when I rang themMisleading, dodgey and definitely a scam. I request in line with your privacy guidelines that ALL of my personal details are removed from your database , any “claim” that you believe I have is also removed and you do not contact me in relation to my mistaken phone call to you and deal directly with my insurance company if need be

The guys at Accident Aftercare were absolutely amazing! So much better then having to deal with an insurance company when having a not at fault accident.Had me contacted by another team straight away, put into a replacement vehicle and my car taken at the same time for repairs.I was then kept updated through the entire process and once my car was completed it was delivered straight back to me.

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANYI called this company thinking they were NRMA when they popped up on Google. During my correspondence with them they led me to believe they were NRMA.I learned from Fair Trading and after contacting multiple government agencies that their 1800 number is not registered in Australia. They avoid communication and deflect any questions. They continued to redirect me, lie to me and hung up on me on several occasions. They will let the body shop keep your car so they can continue to charge you.Accident Aftercare had all my details as well as the details of the other party - including names, insurance details and car details. They falsely led me to believe they investigated my son’s accident and the other party admitted fault. I asked for a claim number and they insisted I didn’t need one since we weren’t at fault. I was assured that I would be contact by a body shop - Essential Motor Body Repairs - as well as a loan car company. I was advised a towing company would pick up the car from my place and send it to the body shop, which I thought was a change in procedure due to COVID.When the body shop already had my car, I learned Accident Aftercare had no business connection to NRMA but the owner of the body shop informed me they had already started working on the car and it wasn’t my fault.Over the next few weeks I attempted to call and text both Accident Aftercare and the body shop. Both would not give me updates on my car or when it would be ready. When pick up dates would be given to me by the body shop they would be postponed last minute and pushed further.I escalated this with Fair Trading but continued not to receive cooperation from Accident Aftercare, who did not acknowledge my emails and refused to give me their business address. One of the only times Accident Aftercare spoke to me was when I told them I contacted the loan car company directly and did not proceed with hiring a car - I got an angry response from Accident Aftercare. The loan car company advised me there was no record of Accident Aftercare contacting the other party in the car accidentWhen I asked NRMA to intervene, Accident Aftercare told them a different story - that my son was at fault. I called Accident Aftercare to try an escalate the matter but they would say they were busy and would call later. They never called me back or initiated contact. I would always be in contact with a different person and would never be transferred to an officer I spoke to previously.I only got the car back when I informed the body shop of my Fair Trading progression. When my husband picked the car up, the body shop advised that Accident Aftercare is just a telemarketing company that gives them jobs. He made my husband pay and ripped him off just to get the car back.Accident Aftercare is not a legitimate insurance company, they are not related to NRMA or any other insurance.

I call this company I'm thinking talking with nrmaAnd quickly help me to send me to repair shop to fix a carAnd make damage is paint my car different colour and make more damageBe careful... this is not an insurance company. Suss from the start. They pay for Google advertising to appear with insurance coy searches. It wasn't until I'd given all my details before I became aware it was not the insurance company. Very suspect - won't answer questions, and gets through your details and the details of others involved in the accident very quickly before you realise.

Can't thank the accident aftercare team enough, they turned a bad situation around promptly. I was hit at the lights on my way to work by another driver and they managed to get my vehicle collected from the scene and a replacement car delivered within 40 mins so I could get on with my day. Also having a young son they helped me with a temporary baby seat too. Thanks again guys highly recommend!
