Indian beauty secrets is a great place that actually listens to what you want done. They worked with my hair to get a lovely colour and it came out looking awesome. I've had my eyebrows threaded and they always turn out perfect. Every time I go there the place is always so clean. Definitely a repeat customer.

Great service. Threading with subtle eyebrow tint. Also suggested they could do a quick root retouch on my hair to freshen up for my little trip away. Happy with retouch and toner and hair feels silky soft. Nice colour refresh. Lovely lady. Thanks again.

Shobna is simply the best hairdresser that I've ever had. I have difficult to manage hair, yet she manages to cut and style it perfectly, as well as colouring it. She is always happy to answer questions and is lovely and so friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Sadly, every time I do a walk in. The lady is always busy doing hair and makes you wait a minimum of 20min or to come back. I let it slide a few times but it happens every time no matter what day/time. You either need extra staff or maybe put a sign up for no walk in's as those who want beauty services are of no importance. When I have had my eyebrows threaded, they are average wouldn't say its the best work. Wont go back to the Emerton store sorry.

When you go to a salon being your first time there,You get a bit skeptical as to how your hair will turn out,In saying that Shobna the hairdresser was absolutely on point,I showed her what hairstyle I wanted, And she made it look more beautiful than the pictured in the magazine,The price was reasonable She was very professional,She made you feel comfortable ,I got so much compliments at the wedding I attended that day, definitely will go back there again...Thank you Shobna

Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten my hair was past my butt and now is above my hips she took off a good 10cm probably more and it’s uneven, tried to call multiple times but no answer how ridiculous I knew it looked short but I thought I’d go home and straighten it then see and it’s still above my hips I have a picture from before the cut even if I were to be refunded it won’t make my hair grow back faster girl was to busy talking on the phone
