Sun Line Roller Shutters

I have never actually written a review before but I couldn't let a great business' excellent efforts go unnoticed! I had my entire house installed with shutters and they did an excellent job. My house looks amazing and it is SO much safer! Price is affordable and have recommend it to all my friends. The installers and office employees made the whole experience so easy. if the manager ever reads this, you should know how great your staff and products are!

I just wanted to make a comment regarding the excellent service I received from Tony. He has a very positive and honest demeanour which I find admirable in today's climate. He made a few options available to me regarding my shutters and made sure that I was happy with the final selections made. It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely wants to please a customer and I would highly recommend Tony and Sun Line Roller Shutter. A very happy customer.

My wife and I are very happy with Sunline, Tony gave me a great deal on my job (our holiday house) and the guys installing them showed their professional know how with their work. Sparky was a great guy too, we got on well. Wouldn't take a beer though! Oh and whenever I called the office to check on how my custom made blinds and security doors were going they were very courteous and clear on the progress - fast. I'm happy how they perform and look and it's a bonus keeping the vermin and insects out while we are not there! Thanks guys, now to get our main house done ;)

Dodgy & shifty roller shutter company. I had my roller shutters installed just over 2 years ago and already problems with them not working. This company is a joke! When you pay a lot of money for a product you want it to last. Save your money & use a trustworthy reliable honest company.

Great customer care. Tony is very helpful and easily contactable if any questions and quikly responsive …. Had roller shutters security doors and grills installed.. products are great quality.. and Australian made absolutely fantastic.. first day getting compliments from street.. highly recommend very happy thankyou Tony and all sublime staff…

This is my fourth experience with Sunline roller shutters over the past 10 years.They are a reliable company. From Tony(salesman), his knowledge 10/10, from working with Sunline for over 10 years. To the ladies in the office. The 2 installers were the hardest workers l have seen in years. The 2 electricians were good too. I would highly recommend Sunline.

My husband and I were happy with our dealings with Sun Line. The sales person Tony was helpful and friendly, and recommended shutters and grills that ended up looking great. The installer Steve was also nice as were the sparkies. Everyone showed up on time too. The cost was good compared to other quotes we got. We weren't 100% sure roller shutters were the best idea (mostly bought for security but figured they might look ugly with arched windows) but they look fine on our house, our room is pitch black and quieter during the day (we both do nights so its great for sleeping during the day) and it's very handy that I can control them with the remote. Thanks!

Product failed after just 13 months of use (1 month over), Sunline wants to charge $100 for a warranty assessment. They wont stand behind their products and their warranty only covers parts not labour. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. One who WILL back their products. Thoroughly disappointed
