Bought products from this company via their online store and they sent us the wrong products. So we got in touch with their customer service staff name Marie, and she initially agreed to arrange for courier to pick up the wrong goods and give us the full refund ad they don't have what we bought in stock. However, after a few days they changed their mind and demand us to send the products back to their warehouse (at our own cost), and they only going to refund us the cost of goods...minus the $150 freight cost of sending the wrong products to us.When we contacted the Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) to lodge a complaint, they even had the audacity to claim that they have sent us the sample for approval PRIOR to sending us the actual goods, so because we changed our mind on the products so we have to be liable for the freight cost (which is fair enough if we actually changed our mind). ONLY when we proved that they send us the different sample AFTER we received wrong products, then they acknowledged to the SBDC representative that they have made a mistake and will give us the full refund, including the cost of freight to/from our office.However, weeks after they admitted their mistake to SBDC representative and agreed to give us the full refund including cost of freight. They still have not made any contact with us, and refused to respond to our emails/calls to arrange for the products to be picked up and give us the refund.Even though the amount of $ in dispute is relatively small, however I will escalate this issue and bring them to court so that they will not be able to get away with being so dishonest in their business.This company is lacking honesty & common decency in their business dealing, and I would highly recommend any business to not deal with this company. They truly need to be boycott so that the industry have 1 less bad egg.

I will never shop for nail supplies anywhere else again. Good amount of excellent quality stock, great prices and the customer service is outstanding (thanks Marie). Adina is easy to find in a great location with plenty of parking. I cannot rate this place highly enough!

Very handy having a shop with decent Beauty Supplies in the area. Have been there 3 times since they moved locations however, and they are yet to add prices to the products in store which is a little annoying. The female staff member who’s served me many times is very friendly, helpful and happy to answer questions. Unfortunately the male staff member (owner/manager??) wasn’t very friendly nor helpful during one of my visits there, and oddly couldn’t seem to answer any of my questions in regards to products or pricing. Otherwise, great store to stock up on Beauty Supplies.
