The team were really good, I run a small business and our company car was in a accident, I needed the car back ASAP, the car insurance company said there was a- week waiting timeline before the car would be assessed, I didn't have time for that. I called Empire and they could fit me in in two weeks, they quoted, took lots of photos for the insurance and done a great job, car was back to me in 2.5 weeks.Really good company, very friendly and no mess around.Will defiantly use them again.

A couple weeks ago I got rear ended and my first car became something I hated. I was so upset and had no car to get around for my busy life and these amazing people helped me. Thank you so much Adrian and the rest of the team for such the amazing work, now I don’t want to drive my car into a lake lol cause of how upset it makes me. Absolutely perfect job done on my poor mangled car. Looks just like new again. Additionally they provided the most thorough and comprehensive assessment and came in with the lowest quote. Took a little bit longer than expected but luckily that wasn't a problem. I couldn't be happier. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Naz the owner is a super human !She has a wealth of knowledge , and plenty of great advice, which is especially important to any women out there who are sick of being talked down to or treated as stupid. Women helping women is a much sought after service & whether you are a woman or not , this is the place you would want your vehicle to get the superstar treatment , without the over inflated costs .Absolutely nothing was ever too hard or bothersome . Naz kept to ALL her deadlines , ready and waiting when she said it would be .It’s a seamless transaction .And even when I picked the car up , at 6am because it was the only time I could get a lift , her workers were happy to see me , knew all about it , and again seamless .I mentioned to her workers how happy I was with Naz , and they told me they “ loved working for her !”Great place 10/10Recommend HIGHLY .Happy driving again !

Extremely rude and dishonest owner and his wife. My mate got his bonnet sprayed and as he knows nothing about cars he asked me to come along to check. The job was done rushed and the worker even said he was told be the owner to do a quick job". When I pulled him up on it he became very abusive
