After a two year tenancy with Darren Jones, with Amber Tyrell and Janna Jurdi, I faced moving as our Property Owner's sold this beautiful home. Amber, Janna and the team kept me in mind with new rentals, emailing, texting and calling me, and I am delighted, and relieved, have now secured a new lease.As a rental tenant, I have always felt Amber, Janna and their team to have a respectful balance of representing both tenants, and Property Owner's circumstances. Often, there is a subtle undertone that tenant's needs are of less significance than Property Owners, however, I have always felt my communication has been caringly, respectfully, and promptly responded to, in an equitable way.During COVID, when one of my teaching jobs was suspended as we couldn't teach in person, Amber and the team were incredibly supportive about my application for hardship, being non judgemental and compassionate.When applying for a new rental property, Amber was professional, encouraging and responsive to my every enquiry. I was delighted to be offered a lease with a new property, and to be able to continue my tenancy relationship with Darren Jones, with this able to grow over time. I couldn't think of a more delightful, professional, and responsive Property Manager to work with.

Claire morrow. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Went for an inspection. Waited outside for around 10 minutes in the freezing cold. Turns out she was waiting inside the property without us knowing then proceeded to give us attitude because she also had to wait 10 minutes INSIDE the property. All inspections ive been to the agents usually wait outside either in their car, outside the property, or in view for us to know who they are. Way to ruin our morning. Would definitely avoid either this agency or agent in particular.
