I have purchased from Ebony a number amount of times. I am vegan and Ebony is so flexible to my dietary needs. Her cakes are absolutely divine and I fall in love with them every time I purchase I highly recommend you purchase from Ebony maybe you will not be disappointed.

They’re really really hard and scale

We were lucky enough to have Ebony make our beautiful 3-tier wedding cake in November. Ebony was so relaxed to work with and was open to any and all suggestions for flavours, style, etc. she was super cheery and friendly. I unfortunately didn’t get to see her having fun setting the cake up at the venue, but it looked stunning at the reception. Everyone commented what an amazing job for such a young lady! We all loved the cake and we can’t wait to eat the top layer that we’ve saved. For anyone looking for a celebration cake, choose Ebony! Not only was the cake significantly more reasonably priced than other bakers I had spoken to in the Canberra region - it was truly delicious and magnificent!

Thank you for a beautiful chocolate cake for my husband’s 40th birthday. You were so great to work with and the cake was everything I was hoping it would be. And a perfect size for 40 guests.
