The order process was understandable. The toilets were clean. When my order was ready the lovely lady working there helped me carry it out to my vehicle. Exceptional service!Highly recommend, would go there again.

Fast food I am not sure if any fast food restaurant could ever get a 5 star!These guys were very friendly and fast service. The place was very clean and tidy this was the first time I had taken my kids to a Hungry Jacks they liked the experience and were happy with the food. I personally prefer something healthy on the road.There are plenty of parkings available here conveniently located between a McDonald’s and a BP.Great for a brake if you are travelling through the state.

Food was delicious. Customer service was concerning. Our food took much longer than it should have. This was mostly because majority of staff were younger and were on their phones, or just standing around telling others what to do. Although, one staff member did apologise and that was appreciated.

Last night I ordered three beef Big Jacks with three small fries and soft drinks.Received three inedible chicken Big Jacks and three portions of cold/old/dried out chips.The chicken Big Jack was vile and not fit to be served to anyone as well as not being what I ordered.The chips were very old, over salted and rock hard.I very rarely eat this food and last night's experience reinforced why i don't.All the food went in the bin un eaten.AVOID Hungry Jacks and AVOID the Ballina branch.Waste of $30.

Such a dirty store. The floors were unclean with chips, sesame seeds and dirt. The tables were dirty with spilled food. The toilets were feral - filthy. The staff were friendly. The food was tasty and nice and hot, though it did take a while to get the whole order. The store would be so much better if they did a good clean.

There was a lot of commotion at the time of order. Maybe shift change or lunch handover but staff were too noisy.Order taker was great but in my order, no sauce for my nuggets, no straw for my coke and the supposed spicy burger was not spicy at all.I should say that although the order seemed messed up the food tasted good.

What can I say.. don't visit HJ to often.. franchises away from my home town great .. this one in ballina .. is often gross .. tonightGrabbed two cold burgers for family .. i won't eat from there and .. third time in a row missed the plant based one and I gotta go back.. rancid overflowing bins from the previous day at opening for a coffee killed me from going there again.. kids working there are great..oversight on night shifts is often lacking it seems.. disappointing always sums it up.

Amazing, fast service, and the meals are always fresh and hot. Never had an issue with mixed up meals or undercooked food. Always perfect and delicious
