Very rude customer service. I got my car services there 2 weeks ago and it had a heating issue that they said they fixed. But it started heating again yesterday and I called them to see if they have warranty and they can fix it. The owner hung up on me and said don’t bother him. I called again and he started yelling at me.

The old man is very expert and has been working in this industry from ages, he is an honest and down to earth because specially in automobile industry honesty and trust is main thing which really these things to this old man. Appreciate for his work because I have come numerous times here and got always better experience.

Of course he is rude coz of his age but trust me he is vvv honest mechanic I have ever seen in my life May Allah bless him ..

The rudest customer service I have EVER experienced ! Please do not take your car here. After days of waiting for my car to get fixed, I called them and was spoken to rudely before being hung up on . After demanding to speak to someone else and threatening with Consumer Affairs they agreed to tow my car home for free and now I need to find someone else to fix it .I am thinking of suing.

Without a doubt the worst mechanic in Adelaide. Not only is the owner extremely rude, he has no customer service whatsoever.Took my car on a Thursday and spoke to him, after shouting at me he told me to bring it back on Monday morning.Comes Monday I take the car in and I wait 30 min just for him to show and he ask me: why are you here? Wh do you want? After reminding him he told me to come today he says oh come back tomorrow. All confused I ask him, if I bring it back tomorrow can you guarantee it will be look at? He proceeded to shout at me: if you want bring it, if you don’t want don’t bring it.Get out of here.I left all confused.WTH is this??

Low cost but not treating customers in a good manner, no customer service at all. Denied to fix the issue even though it was almost done. I had to drive 20 KM back to my home without solving the issue. The manager is terrible, he is very rude and not responsible. They fixed the leaking oil problem about 3 months ago, and it’s starting to leak oil again, the owner didn’t accept to fix the issue and shouted at me in front of other customers, saying we don’t have time to fix the issue. Take your car out!!! Don't waste your time and money! Might be cheap but I would give a bit more somewhere else so I will be treated good and my car will not be denied safety requirements.

Really good, great service at reasonable cost.I went there for mirror change and servicing as a drop in customer, they were good.They are often busy with many people coming in but they do recommend for a time to come in..If you are looking for cheap n best option then go for it..
