Alan is a extremely competent and knowledgeable trades person.He did a fantastic job on our caravan cruisemaster suspension so the van now tracks correctly.

We had been to 2 different places on the mainland to fix our steering/ wheel alignment issue. We were told there was no more adjustment possible and would have to put up with the motorhome pulling to left and scrubbing out tyres. We heard about Alan at ARD, rang him and he seemed to know what he was talking about. We took the motorhome to the workshop in Quoiba today and a hour and a half later we drove it home with absolute pleasure. Great job and thank you very much! .

Extremely disappointed in the service provided by ARD. Outlandish time taken to do jobs and the fees were exorbitant. Little or no communication given and workmanship was poor considering time taken and fees charged. Never ever again .

Standard wheel alignment on Ford Transit van. No parts required and non digital equipment used. Total time just over half an hour and a bill of $220.00!! Sorry but you'll only ever take me once. Look elsewhere for a reasonable cost. i,e, $80.00 to $100.00.

Allan went out of his way to get us on the road to continue our lap of Tas, absolutely wonderful service from Allan, our rear airbag suspension was not working, Allan looked at it as soon as we arrived, no waiting around, he then arranged replacement airbags to be delivered, modified a fitting, and got us back on the road with a Coaster that now drives so much smoother!! The cost to fix was a lot less than we expected compared to the time Allan put in to get us back travelling. A great Tassie role model…thanks again Allan, we are now at Strahan!!
