4 years of loyalty and will never go anywhere else. Lily is skilled at her craft and very gentle. The atmosphere of the salon is amazing with kind people who are always accommodating.

Probably one of the most anxiety inducing experiences I’ve ever had. My nail technician argued with me at every point, i felt so humiliated and torn between speaking up for myself and asking for what I wanted and just keeping quiet so I could get out of there as soon as possible. I didn’t walk out with the nails that I wanted however I will say that they were still pretty well done nails. I’m giving two stars for the awful way my nail tech made me feel, every time he asked me what my preference was and I answered, apparently my answer was wrong. He was very agitated when I pointed out that one of my nails was completely crooked (it made my finger look like it was broken because it was on so much of an angle) and I had to ask him twice to please fix and to “please listen to me”. He made me feel like I was being difficult and causing a scene but I really don’t think I was. Other patrons turned to look at me and gave me encouraging smiles leading me to believe I wasn’t imagining it. I wish I’d had a better experience because this place is just down the road from where I live.

Great quality, but just left the store and knocked by nail and the polish partly came off. I turned around straight away and asked if they wouldn't mind fixing it up. They wanted to change me $10 to touch up the smallest mark. This was plain polish. Not cool.

Always have a wonderful experience, I go in every two weeks to have an infill and pedi and I am always so happy with the result and the staff. If I could rate them higher I would.

This would have to be the worst nail salon in Brisbane. The employee's are rude and not good at their craft. If you don't want to work and you don't like other human beings then don't open a business.

I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for years.Today I left in tears because how I was treated by the male who completed my nails.The girl that regularly does my nails recently quit and a male with a neck tattoo completed them today.He hurt me on more than one occasion and was incredibly rough with my hands, when I expressed that he cut me I was told “no I didn’t” despite me bleeding.He wouldn’t allow me to change my nail colour after I saw it on one nail stating “you picked it”.I was told off for putting my hair behind my ears stating “do not touch your hair! It makes your nails oily which makes my job harder!” - I had no clue this was a thing.I left in tears and was forced to pay for nails that are wonky and not my colour of choice - my partner had to call the owner and express how upset he was in order to be offered a refund.The owner laughed at me and did not offer an any apology, he simply told me to find a new nail salon after being a loyal customer for 4yrs.I will find another salon. The way I was treated was not ok and I will not be back.

Absolutely love my nails and highly recommend! Pricing is perfect.

Didn't do what I asked for my nails n over charged me , worst one in Brisbane that I know of .

I love going to Beauty Nail Salon so much! Staff are all very friendly and talented. I didn't have a clear understanding of what I wanted when I started going and they have always been patient, understanding and helpful. The spa pedis are relaxing and thorough and the manis always leave me feeling like a superstar. Great pricing and easily accessible parking are bonuses.
