I will update with a detailed review once my transaction finishes (getting the Supersport 950S) but so far I have dealt with Mitch/Mitchell and he has been bloody awesome! I was looking at these reviews hoping nothing goes wrong now but I don't know what they're on about. Mitch called me back straight away, got me answers immediately and if he couldn't or didn't he would find out within 5-10 minutes and get back to me. I couldn't talk on the phone at one point so he emailed back and forth. Give this man a raise.

Seemed understaffed.Spoke to them it looked like they were either closing or in a state of disrepair. Christmas decorations were sitting around in boxes still in March?Display models had no clothing items displayed.Some areas like Indian were messy and lacked customer appeal.The MV Agusta well as they said going out. They only had one on display and another downstairs?Big display of Royal Enfield.Just generally disorganised and unappealing.Nice staff but a very inactive cold atmosphere.

My first experience got off to a bumpy start due to a contracted staff member, however, after discussing my poor experience with management I was keen to go back and give the team another go. Second time around was a great experience thanks to Dave and Ryan, thanks guys. You'll have my return business!

Got my bike serviced and some parts fitted here and they were great. Steve was super helpful, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. They even gave it a wash!

I recently had my R1M serviced by TeamMoto Canberra for its routine 5000km service, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment I dropped off my bike, the team at TeamMoto made sure to walk me through the service process and clearly explain what was being done to my vehicle. The gentleman who helped me, who unfortunately I can't remember the name but he deserves a special mention for his exceptional customer service, was attentive, friendly, and even added a touch of humor, which I truly appreciated. When it came time to pick up my bike, the team once again went above and beyond by thoroughly inspecting my vehicle with me before handing over the keys. Overall, I had a great experience with TeamMoto and would highly recommend them to any motorcycle owner in need of a service. 4/5 stars.

In the past 4 and a half years I’ve bought 6 new bikes and countless items of parts and merchandise and had servicing done at Team Moto Canberra. Apparently that loyalty counts for absolutely nothing. I have been chasing a warranty repair on one of my bikes for 14 months. Yes, you read that correctly, 14 months! The issue was diagnosed in February 2022, the warranty repair authorised by KTM a few days later and then after me making repeated phone calls, emails and visits to the dealership to follow up I finally had the repair done about 2 weeks ago (April 2023). But….. the repair wasn’t done correctly, so the bike has had to go back to have the job done properly. I believe it is all ok now, but I am yet to test ride it.I basically had to pester them to get anything done, I have to say that this experience has been the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life.It is such a shame as there are some staff there who try very hard to help out, but at the end of the day the disgraceful lack of service means that I will probably never walk through their door ever again.Shame on you Team Moto

Just had my Ninja 1000 serviced by the crew in Fyshwick, something I've done many times. They're doing something new that I really found to be useful - they actually go with you to your bike at pickup to verify everything is to the customer's satisfaction and to run through the work they did. I found it to be a brilliant piece of customer service and gave me piece of mind about every niggle I'd reported and they only left once I was satisfied everything was done!

Put my bike in for a service. Staff were excellent. Quick turnaround time. Excellent job done. Staff kept me informed throughout the process from booking-in through to pickup at completion of the job. I’ll be using their service centre again for certain. Thanks heaps TeamMoto Canberra.

A great experience. Every staff member I have met in recent weeks has been courteous, helpful and approachable. I have just had really good dealings with Steve at the service desk, and equally with the (like me) middle-aged guy 'upstairs' who pointed me to good deals in tyres for my Moto Morini 1200. Booking my job, scheduling it and execution were all seamless and efficient. Highly recommended;

I was in the market for a helmet. Had a great experience with the accessories staff both in person (two days in a row) and over the phone. Friendly and helpful advice from Liam and his team. I had no issues getting help quickly and staff were very helpful and understanding of my requirements.
