Brighton Bayside Caravan Park

I have lived here for 6 years as it's more like a village then a caravan park and must be over 100 people here most people here are friendly but like anywhere there are a few that are nasty..new management is good and no trouble for them to fix any problems in the cabin..positives here reasonable rent and grounds well maintained plus good security and great location negatives. New management are not nice and rude. Stacey is awful, walk into the office and greeted with negative manner. The bloke Rodney is lazy never see him do anything. The grounds behind the front area are overgrown. People who have been here a long time take pride in their gardens and surrounds. These 2 don't.If this is the future of the place good luck everyone.

I would like to thank Stacey and Rodney for their brilliant service and for their professional kind manner.My elderly father lives at the park and they have gone above and beyond to make him comfortable and welcome. It is rare these days to have individuals show compassion and care for their work and for their customers.Your efforts and commitment and friendly approachable manner and care for the park and its residents is truly amazing keep up the amazing work you are making a huge difference to peoples lives at the Bayside Caravan Park.Kindest RegardsCharmain Woods xxxxx

Rod and Stace were very helpful in getting a cabin ready for my mum who needed a place urgently, and have been great ever since doing what ever needs doing around the place . The park is in a such a good spot and mum has made friends with some great people and is really happy living here , so thank you Rod and Stace.

Brighton Bayside Caravan Park has outstanding managers who have created a park residence that is well maintained, welcoming, safe and secure. Individually, they are lovely people, both professional and caring. Communication is also 5-star. Thanks Stacey and Rodney, I can't recommend you highly enough. Anne

I lived there for 21 months until 6 months ago and the previous management was a nightmare. There is a certain tenant who is well known for stalking and harrassing women and I was one of his victims. The harassment is still happening with his ongoing obsession with me which has recently resulted in physical attacks on my property. Sadly he has been protected for too long by the previous management who thought he was a great bloke who drank with him and socialised with him daily. No security camera was able to provide evidence in the park as the cameras were turned off and moved around so it couldn't be proven that he is obsessed with my life during my stay there. I complained constantly to my neighbours who are well aware of his behaviour and deliberately lied to protect him, including calling me filthy names and claiming that I am mentally unstable. Numerous long term residents, the local police and other locals who have had dealings with him are well aware of his behaviour, he is an absolute nightmare of a human being. I just don't understand why after 27 months, this is an ongoing issue. I have no contact with anyone in the park and still (10 months later) the harrasment continues.
