The AFL Store Carousel

Was there to pick up a gift for my sister. Came there 10 minutes before the 9 AM open. Two girls opening the store so I waited for them to fully open the doors before I went in. Waited at the desk while one girl was doing something. Waited uncomfortably longer than i should have and got a rough Did you need something". All their questions were short and sharp. Not a pleasant experience. Have told everyone I know to avoid this AFL store."

Served by a super friendly guy called Alex. Very happy with the customer service and will definitely come back.

Went to the store with my grandchildren, girl behind counter was more interested in doing nothing than serve. Very limited choices available. We will not return here.

Great range of footy gear but they do specialize in WC Eagles & Freo Dockers jumpers & other clothing. All sorts of team caps, polo shirts, jackets etc & club drinking glasses, watches & other accessories.

1 star for service....Went into this store this morning to buy a gift.2 female staff in attendance, one short and other taller. The staff member who showed me the jackets (the taller one) had zero customer skills. She was abrupt and acted as if I had just interrupted her morning. No smile, I had to wait while she sorted out the rack before I could go through the jackets myself. Found size I thought would be ok but was told in no uncertain terms no refund you'll have to have a credit if you return it".If it wasn't for the fact I wanted this certain gift for my nephew I would have gone somewhere else.There was another staffer at the till who took my money.....she was polite

Very rude staff member. Should not be in customer service. Abrupt. Not very helpful. Almost like i was in her way. Up the customer service and get better staff.
